Overview

Our dashboard provides a consolidated data of the individual customer analytics which has a number of metrics, namely - Email, Name, First Order Date, Last Order Date, Num of Discounts, Status, etc.

As seen on the dashboard, there’s an entire list of different segments where the entire customer data is shown.

Step 1

To find a specific group of customers; there’s an option of “Add Filter” given on the left-hand corner.

Step 2

Once you click on the Add Filter, a dialogue box appears with an option to choose from different parameters and values as per your requirement.

Step 3

You can now choose from the listed parameters as shown below.

Step 4

By clicking “OR” you can further add another value to get results of the 2 segments under the same parameter.

Step 5

You can also “Add Filter” to create another segment.

Step 6

The dashboard also gives you the option of filtering customers on the basis of - Email, First Name, Last Name, State & Status. As seen in the snippet.

Step 7

Choose as per your requirement and you will get a filtered data. Everything, right from the email address and name to num of discounts and relationship length. You can scroll the bar to the right and you’d be able to see various metrics stated in the given table.

Step 8

After you are done segmenting and saved it, you will again be able to see the created segment on your dashboard in the “Segmentation” window.

Step 9

There is an option given on the top right corner “Action”. Under this, the dashboard lets you take action for the created segment; whether it is to Export the file in a CSV format or Publish Custom Audience into an Ad account or Export to other Integrated platforms, whichever suits you best.

(Also, the dashboard under Customer Overview gives you an option to see the segmented customer list in the entries of number 20-100 at a time. You can change it as per your preference from the bottom right)

Done.
