Step 1
As soon as you go on “Orders”, you see the entire dashboard with all the order Ids & customer details. This is how the dashboard looks.

Click on “Add Filter” and the window appears to create a segment. You can select from the given parameters. We have done one as an example for you in the snippet below.

You can add another value by clicking “OR” as per the requirement to further drill down the insights.

Ahead of this, you can add another filter in order to fetch more precise data. As shown in the snippet below.
Step 5
You are now ready to save your created segment. Give it a name and add a description as shown below.
Step 6
You have successfully saved your segment and you’d be able to see this segment on the “Segmentation” page. On the main dashboard.
Step 7
We also provide you an option to filter out the orders on the basis of the listed values as shown.
Step 8
You can finally export the CSV file of the selected orders.
Done.
